The use of the Spectros Instruments Web Portal is provided free of charge to Spectros Customers having no more than 2 Web Portal enabled devices in their organization. For continued and uninterrupted use of this service each device must be returned to Spectros Instruments on an annual basis for calibration verification service. Data uploaded to the Web Portal from a device outside of this maintenance window may not be visible in the Web Portal.
Customers having 3 or more connected devices, as well as customers with requirements outside of these terms of use, require their own private Web Portal Instance separate from the website covered here. Private instances are hosted by Spectros Instruments and will have their own terms of use. The financials for each Web Portal Instance are determined on an individual basis.
